About the Speaker:
Megan K. Pionkowski is the founding attorney of Atlas Law Group, P.C. primarily focusing on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright prosecution, domain name disputes, entity formation, and drafting and negotiating licensing and business agreements. Her background includes work for Burkhalter, Kessler, Goodman & George, LLP and for the Consumer Products Division of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios.
Ms. Pionkowski graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Legal Studies. She earned her J.D. at Whittier School of Law where she also earned a certificate in intellectual property law.
